Ezimit Vino is a winery that integrates a tradition of grape growing and wines that are present throughout the centuries in Macedonia from one side and top technology which Ezimit Vino posses. The remains from the antic winery in the very near surrounding of the vineyard, is showing presence that tradition is waved till today. From the aspects of grape varieties this micro climate enables the raising and very good results for following grape varieties: Vranec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Kratosija, Plavac, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Muscat Frontignan, Zupljanka. Our specialist agronomists are putting special care to the vineyards 365 days in the year and they are raised in fully ecological area. Harvest is done manually and it starts when ideal preconditions are met.

The wines are made in special vinificators, which are designed by the needs of the winery and the consumers. For every grapes there are different process of vinification processes that are programed. All important chemical parameters are constantly monitored and documented. The storage of the wines is done in inox made material. Special care is putted in production in small series of high quality red and white wines. The barrique department is present since 2000 year, where the most potential wines are aged. The sparkling wines will be part of the asortment of Ezimit Vino.
