People under 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol.
The winery was founded in 1998, the year in which 120,000 bottles of high quality white and red wines were produced. The total capacity is now 1.5 million bottles of wine.
Bovin wines are made from 80% grapes picked in their own vineyards and 20% from grapes from selected vineyards. A lot of attention is paid to environmentally friendly production methods, a controlled fermentation and modern production equipment. Bovin has consciously focused on the top segment of the Macedonian market, but is also greatly appreciated internationally.
The company has already won more than 100 regional and international prizes.
