Bovin Dissan Barrique is a premium dry red wine, aged for six months in new Macedonian oak barrels. It shows a deep red-black colour and the typical nose of cherry, sour cherry and red berries that defines the Vranec variety. The palate is full and elegant, with a long finish. The wine contains impressive levels of polyphenols, antioxidants and natural cardiovascular regulators. It is complex, with a higher content of dry extract, and will keep for many years under the right conditions.

Serving temperature: 12ºC - 14ºC

Grape varieties: Vranec

Food pairing: hearty dishes, roast pork, oily fish, game, lamb and strong cheeses.
