Dalvina
Dalvina is a young and flourishing winery, surrounded by 410 hectares of vineyards, with a storage capacity of 70,000 hectoliters and an annual production capacity of 34,000 hectoliters. From the moment of grape harvest, the most advanced technology is applied to every step, from transport and processing to pressing and fermentation. Our team strives to create more than just a high-quality product; we are passionate about capturing the unique characteristics of the grapes, the soil and the microclimates of the area and transforming them into liquid art.

Dalvina winery and its vineyards are located in the vale of Strumeshnica, in the Strumica-Radovish wine region of southeastern Macedonia. Surrounded by towering mountains at an average altitude of 280 meters, our vineyards benefit from a local Mediterranean climate, with cool breezes throughout the summer nights. With about 210 sunny days per year, an average temperature of 20.2°C during the vegetative period, little rain, and relatively low humidity, healthy grapes are a striking characteristic of the region.
