Shipping policy

Wijnhandel Alexander delivers exclusively to addresses in the Netherlands. Orders are processed after receipt of payment and delivered within 15 days at the latest.

Delivery costs: Orders under €125 (including VAT): €10 delivery costs. Orders from €125 (including VAT): free delivery. Sturdy bottle packaging is included in the delivery costs.

Free pick-up: Free pick-up is possible at our location in Capelle aan den IJssel. Proof of identity is required when picking up.

Shipping to a PostNL location: For shipping to a PostNL pick-up point the normal delivery costs apply (€10 for orders under €125, free from €125).

International delivery: Different rates apply to international deliveries. Please contact us on 06-11955149 or at hallo@wijnhandelalexander.nl.

Damage during transport: Report breakage within 24 hours of receipt via bestelling@wijnhandelalexander.nl or call/WhatsApp 06-11955149.
