Taste Appealing aromas of ripe blackcurrants and fully ripe cherries, with subtle earthy notes and hints of dark chocolate. Full-bodied, with harmonious acidity and silky tannins.

Vineyard The grapes grow in vineyards planted with 5,500 vines per hectare in the Vardar River Valley — a region with a unique microclimate, excellent soil conditions and optimal sun exposure. A benchmark for world-class wines.

By hand, always Pruning, leaf stripping, cluster thinning and the harvest — everything is done by hand. Each section and each grape variety is harvested separately at the moment of optimal ripeness. You can taste it.

Vinification & ageing Vinification takes place in special oak vats with a pneumatic punch-down tool, ensuring deep colour extraction, fine tannins and the preservation of all aromas. The wine then ages for 15 months in new and used French oak barrels of 225 litres — giving it its complexity and depth.

The blend Merlot 45% · Vranec 37% · Cabernet Franc 18% Estate-bottled. Intense ruby red colour.

Serving Serving temperature: 15–18°C | Alcohol: 14.7% vol. We recommend decanting the wine before serving.

Pairs well with Strong cheeses, pork, and slightly sweeter game specialities such as duck or venison. Also delicious with spicy dishes.
