Stobi Macedon Muscat - Temjanika

Dry White Wine – Floral – Fruity – Refined

This dry wine comes from a refined, harmonious blend of Muscat Ottonel and Frankincense (Temjanika) – two closely related grape varieties that together create a remarkably expressive character. The wine is dominated by primary aromas of elderflower and lilac, complemented by subtle floral nuances that bring elegant, fragrant complexity.

In the glass the wine shows a white-gold colour with green reflections, bright and inviting. On the nose, aromatic layers of basil, elderflower, pineapple and white flowers unfold into a seductive perfume that is both floral and lightly spicy.

The palate has a firm yet fresh structure, with crunchy fruit, refined acidity and a lingering, elegant finish. The medium body is carried by fresh tension, while the finale recalls ripe pear and a rare mineral note.

This wine stands out for its strong, unique aromatic personality — a kind of liquid "perfume" that nonetheless stays perfectly in balance. A seductive, expressive and harmonious wine with floral finesse, subtle spice and crisp, fruity freshness.
