Temjanika Special Selection – Summer in your glass

This dry white quality wine from Tikveš Winery is pure, fresh and elegant. With its lively green-yellow hue and an explosion of musky and floral aromas – think violets, roses and a hint of mandarin – this wine is a true aromatic experience.

On the palate it is beautifully balanced, with a fresh body and a long, refined finish. A wine that is perfect for sunny days and light dishes.

Grape: 100% Temjanika
Origin: Tikveš Valley
Serving temperature: 10–12°C
Food pairing: Delicious with sea bass, mussels, grilled white meat, light creamy pasta, Mediterranean salads and classics such as asparagus à la Flamande.

Temjanika Special Selection – sunny, aromatic and unforgettable.

The 6 guidelines

Temperature
Ideal: 10–12 °C
More important than the exact number: stable (no fluctuations)
Store lying down (with a cork)
Keeps the cork moist → no oxygen
Dark
Light (especially sun/UV) = the enemy of wine
Peace & quiet
No vibrations (so not on top of the washing machine)
Humidity
60–75% is perfect
Too dry = the cork shrinks
No odours
Wine “breathes” through the cork → no paint/petrol/garlic next to it
