Dry Red Wine – Spicy – Full – Elegant

This wine has its origins in a unique mix of volcanic soils and sandy clay, giving it a structured character that beautifully reflects the typical Tikveš terroir. The individual cuvées of Syrah, Vranec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot are first fermented and aged separately, so that each variety can fully develop its most recognisable traits before the final blend is assembled.

After ageing in oak barrels, the wine presents a ruby red, cherry-like colour and an inviting nose of ripe red berries, refined spice and a subtly tingling note.

On the palate the wine offers a full, juicy flavour with velvety tannins and a long, spicy finish. The spicy character is beautifully balanced by the round structure and ripe fruit expression.

The wine shows how the powerful, rustic Vranec is tamed by the elegance of Syrah, while Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot add finesse and depth. The result is a soft, elegant wine with pronounced spicy and lightly herbal nuances, perfectly balanced and rich in character.

Grape: 45% Syrah, 30% Vranec, 15% Cabernet Franc & 10% Petit Verdot
Origin: Tikveš Valley
Serving temperature: 15-17°C
Food pairing: Delicious with mature cheeses, prosciutto, roast veal, lamb and pork dishes, and classic Macedonian specialities.
